I can’t imagine more than about 2 people care to see this. Of those 2, at least one could figure out how to catch it online. I was wondering myself last night if I would be able to see the interview because I wasn’t sure the Oprah Winfrey Network was on Sumner Cable. OWN (the acronym for the network) isn’t exactly a station I turn to. I figured with the media attention the interview was receiving and the obscurity of the network, others in Wellington would have questions about the interview’s availability here as myself. Sumner Newscow is not just a website for getting the latest local news and to read the comments section. We also aim to serve. Report Reply 0 replies · active 395 weeks ago 0 Vote up Vote down Jim · 395 weeks ago The interview on tv will mean nothing until he will admit to using PED’s under oath. Then it will be the truth and he will open hisself to multiple lawsuits. Report Reply 0 replies · active 395 weeks ago +2 Vote up Vote down Bob · 395 weeks ago he never failed a drug screen, maybe he will shed some light on how he did it being he was the most tested athelets ever. I still respect him, all the cyclist at the time did it so this in no way gave a unfair advantage Report Reply 0 replies · active 395 weeks ago 0 Vote up Vote down Cheater Cheater · 395 weeks ago Bob you have got to be kidding me…he not only failed a drug test but admited it in 1996 while being treated for cancer. HIPPA prevents doctors from telling that. But witnesses who were there have testified to that. Please read the SI article on him. Armstrong paid doctors to cover up his failures that is why they want him to confess under oath before a board just not Winfrey. This is the most organized PED program of all time. He is a complete fraud built on deception and cheating. The only thing positive is the Cancer Organization he founded but others have ran. He even used that to hide behind. How can you say it did not give him an unfair advantage til you know the whole truth…I agree he still had to bike all the miles and train but what was his recovery rate? I am sure NOT everyone cheats in bike racing. His ego took over his thought process and his selfishness has ruined him. Lance is a hero who saved millons w his cancer reaserch. bicycling is full of peope who do drugs. Lance was not the only one but he made livestrong and that is huge you have no idea what you are talking about. Lance isa hero. Report Reply 0 replies · active 395 weeks ago +1 Vote up Vote down cheater cheatee · 395 weeks ago Thelma I am sorry to hear about your husband. Armstrong is a hero in the cancer community I understand that but his body of work and life is built on lies. So if your a terrible person but throw money at a cause that cancels out what you have done wrong? I guess had he come c kean when this first surfaced that would be one thing but he did not do that. The money he has made is built on a body of lies. I am all for fighting cancer but millions raise money the honest way. I can take a slap but lance is no hero. Just a con man in bike shorts. Millions including me bought into it. Sorry I disagre with you. Again prayers for your loss cancer is an evil opponent and I hope someday a cure is found.
