first_imgNo new information has been discovered regarding the sexual assault case which transpired on morning of Sunday, April 24.According to Constable Biller, of the Fort St. John RCMP, no new facts or evidence have been discovered in the case.- Advertisement -Biller says that the driver who allegedly picked up the female after the assault took place, never ended up coming forward and the RCMP has received little assistance from the public.As a result, no new suspects are being investigated and the investigation is still ongoing.Biller says the woman, who is in her early 20s, had been out during the night. She was then walking down the street when she was offered a ride by two men in a lifted, navy blue 2006 or newer Dodge extended cab pickup truck with a loud exhaust.The men took the woman against her will to the end of the 259 Rd. where she was sexually assaulted.After the assault, police say the female was knocked unconscious and transported to the junction of the 259 Rd. and the Airport Rd.Once the victim had regained consciousness, she was given a ride home by an unknown female and was later treated at the Fort St. John hospital.The driver of the vehicle is described as being a Caucasian male in his early to late 40s, between 5’10” and 5’11” in height and balding. He was wearing a black TapouT shirt (a Mixed Martial Arts brand shirt) and glasses at the time of the incident. He also had a tattoo of a sword with a family crest on his left forearm.The second suspect is also described as a Caucasian male in his early to late 40s, with a goatee, darker hair and a stockier build. He was wearing a white t-shirt and jeans at the time of the incident.
